Utilize the same mid server for UAT & Dev

My client already has a mid-server configured for their dev env. They would like to utilize the same mid-server for their UAT env. Is that possible? If yes, what are the steps required to implement this configuration?

There is no issue in doing that, we also have only one server for lower environment. 

You should be able to do perform the same steps to setup the MID server as usual.

The only recommendation I would do is to have them in separated folders in the C drive for the MID Server.

Example:
C:\DEVMIDSERVER
C:\UATMIDSERVER
