I'm a novice in ServiceNow.
So we have two sites that have their own vanity URLs, ABC.COM and DEF.COM for example, that currently reside on SharePoint. We'll be moving them to a single ServiceNow instance. How can I process these URLs to their respective pages once the DNS is changed from pointing to their current SharePoint sites to our single ServiceNow instance?
For instance, if a customer types ABC.COM to get to that site, and another customer types DEF.COM to go to that site, within the same instance, how do I set it up so they go to their own applications, like <MY_INSTANCE.SERVICE-NOW.COM>/ABC or /DEF without the "MY_INSTANCE.SERVICE-NOW.COM" part. In a Windows IIS server, I can have one IP go to ABC_default.aspx and the other IP go to DEF_default.aspx.
How do you set the site defaults in ServiceNow so the user only sees ABC.COM in the URL or DEF.COM? Like http://home.cern?
Thanks in advance.

Wow! That should have been in the sales pitch! I never knew this and I've been involved with SN for 3 years (not as a developer though until recently). My bosses are not going to like this!
