Variable Instructions Not Being Displayed Internally vs Portal

Hello there,

We've ran into an interesting predicament. When we create variables that have instructions, the instructions show up on the new Service Portal but they don't show up on the internal view of the catalog. Has anyone else ran into this issue and/or have a solution? Is this a bug?

I'm running into the same issue where Instructions aren't showing up in the Service Catalog but are showing up in the Service Portal. I think it's either the customizations on our end that're breaking it or it's an issue with Helsinki (or any old version of ServiceNow). My personal developer instance on Istanbul shows the Instructions without any issues. Probably no way to fix it unless we upgrade. I suppose I could submit a HI ticket and ask about it. I didn't see any mention of issues with the instructions field on catalog variables anywhere in the release notes but that doesn't mean they didn't fix it: Available versions (Istanbul).

An Annotations section was added to variables but not for sure if that is where we need to put these items now. I haven't had time to mess with our upgraded dev instance yet in this area.

This is working good for few variables,but how to add a Instruction to a "Label".Adding Helptext to label is working fine in servicenow but in service portal even Instruction is not working.Anyways to get help text for label in service portal?

On a separate note, how did you get those little Service Now icons next to the questions?
