Variable showing False and catalog item is not being reflected in service portal. What could be the reason.

Hi Folks,

I tried creating a variable under a catalog item. Upon entering a question in a variable. The content frame on the top left is continuously reflected with false right below the variable. When I preview the catalog item by clicking the try it button i am able to see the changes made but when I go to the portal I am unable to find the catalog Item. What could be the reason? and also does the variable showing false have any relation to this. If yes then how can false could be replace with question name entered. Please find the attached screen shot.

Did you try to change the type of the field from true/ false to reference?

@Mohammed Abdul Tawwab HMM, I SEE THAT MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THE ISSUE 

PLEASE TRY TO DELETE THE FIELD AND CREATE WITH REFERENCE TYPE .

I THINK THIS IS THE ONLY WAY
