I have installed Vendor Management plugins (both Risk and ITSM) in a fresh Yokahama PDI. On opening the Vendor Management Workspace, an error appears (see screenshot). The table 'sn_app_insights_execution' does not exist, and is being called from a remote table.
This table did not get created during plugin installation, and appears to be related to Application Insights which is deprecated and cannot be installed. Has anyone else come across this?

Hi @trwblanchard ,
You can follow the below steps to avoid the error msg.
In the 'sys_script_vtable.list' view, if we filter for the table 'sn_itsm_vendor_success_indicators', we find one script record. If we deactivate this script, the error should not visible.c
