Hi Team,
I want to replace the OOB message display "No Chat Agents Currently Available" when a user is trying to connect a live agent out of the scheduled time.
I tried to change the "Not available message" in chat queue-->Virtual Agent.But still showing the OOB message.Is there any specific setting available?
Please assist.

Chuck is spot on correct!
You can just add a message for the English language and Key "No Chat Agent Currently Available" + value being the text you would like. This will then be shown in your environment instead of the default No Chat Agent Currently Available. Most English text on the Virtual Agent can be replaced/overwritten this way, it's pretty solid build.
Beneath the messages for Dutch and Italian. Just create another one, though then for English.

Have you checked for this message under System UI> Messages to see if there is a record that has a "message" field with that value?
If not, try creating one with a KEY that says "No Chat Agents Currently Available" and put your text in the Message field. See what happens and let us know.
