Virtual Agent AI Search is showing wrong result and also the record doesn't exist in the system. I am using default search profile For AI search, When I am giving input as "test" It's giving genius results as below-
MID Server
Capability Value Tests
Request this Item
This "MID Server Capability Value Tests" does not exist in the system .
Anyone has any idea ,from where it is displaying this result ?
