Virtual Agent Chat window disappears after interacting with it

Hello!
I've recently been facing issues with the Virtual Agent.
When I'm on the Employee Center and I have the virtual agent chat window open, whenever I try interacting with it in ways like: resizing, closing or minimizing the window "flies away" until it's out of view from the screen.
Only reloading the page brings it back.
Has anyone ever faced this issue?

Please try repairing the ESC Portal along with the Virtual Agent plugin once
