Virtual Agent is unresponsive in MS Teams

I’m experiencing an issue with the Virtual Agent in Microsoft Teams.
It was functioning properly until yesterday, but today it appears to be unresponsive. When I ask Teams to "Create Incident using VA topics," it keeps thinking for too long. 

If I wait too long and then type “end conversation,” it sometimes responds.

How can I resolve this issue?

It sounds like your Now Virtual Agent integration with Microsoft Teams may have timed out or lost its credentials and bot registration, so I recommend logging out of Teams and back in, then checking that the Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams app in ServiceNow has valid and non expired credentials, confirm the bot manifest and chat app are still active in Teams (many users report the bot becomes unresponsive when the wrong manifest or disabled bot is in use).....and if you see 401/403 errors in sys_outbound_http_log or similar logs in ServiceNow, that’s a clear sign the integration is broken, once you re authorize the bot, clear caches, and restart the integration it should start responding again......
