Virtual Agent - Where to check $sn-va-web-client-app.do page and can we modify it?

Hello Everyone,

Good day! 

Currently we have a requirement to remove or disable the text field under See all topics button in Virtual agent, and found out that it was inside an iframe element.

I have tried using DOM manipulation but still no luck, one way that I could think of is to edit the web client page but I don't know where to check it , it's not in UI pages either. 

Can someone point me to the location of this page and if we can modify it?

I was also trying to access this page and modify it but I think we can't access this page.

Hi there,

Pages like $sn-va-web-client-app.do, $vtb.do, etc. are not editable. There are some small configuration options with the available system properties, and sentences like "See All Topics" can be changed with using UI Messages. Though adding for example an additional field, hiding the more options, disabling the Type bar like you suggest, etc.: Not possible.

Thanks Mark, yes I've found out before that it's not possible to edit it. 😞
