Visual Task Board cards not auto refreshing

Hi everyone, I have a guided VTB for the change request table. When I update the change state by opening the record, the card should move to another lane with that state. But card does not move and only when I manually refresh the browser, the card is moved to the correct state lane. This issue is not occurring to any other table, in which the cards auto refresh on the VTB.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks!

This is an Orlando bug. Visual Task Board cards on change_request table don't auto refresh on card update when lane field is State.

It is reproducible in an OOB instance. The issue was logged as Problem ticket and is currently under investigation with ServiceNow.

Other than refreshing browser, there is not any other simple workaround that is possible on this issue currently.

Hi Jassica,

Any update on this issue?

I have the same issue, we are on New York version and I am not able to move the Incidents state from one state to another using VTB ,the ticket sits in new lane ex:(I move from Open state to In Progress state, the ticket sits in In Progress) the ticket does not auto change the Incident state.

Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks

Anupama.

Hi Anupama,

I contacted ServiceNow about the issue I am facing. The Change Request VTB not autoreshing when cards are updated is in fact an Orlando bug. This was reproducible in an OOB instance. The problem is currently under investigation with their development teams.

I don't know about Incident VTB on New York, did you try testing on OOB instance? Is reproducible in there?

Pessoal, estou atualmente com a mesma situação sendo necessário ficar atualizando o navegador ao invés da atualização ocorrer em tempo real, já temos alguma atualização?
