Visual Task Boards not updating in real time for some users.

Hello Team,
I have some users complaining that their VTB doesn't update in real time when they make changes to the card. For example if the user resolves an INC on the VTB and the lane isn't set to show resolved cards then it should instantly be removed but it isn't for them until they do a manual page refresh. For me it does it instantly so I don't know how to help them fix this issue.
We've tried logging into various PCs, browsers, etc and it just doesn't seem to matter for them, Is there a setting I am missing that they have turned off per user?

This kind of issue tough to investing. And I think better to log a Now support case.
Try to repair the VTB plugin.

We experience also the issue on our side since the upgrade to xanadu patch4. I created a Case with ServiceNow, if you've any news on your side don't hesitate to share, I'll also update this post as soon as I've a case update
