Visual Task Boards not updating in real time for some users.

Hello Team,

I have some users complaining that their VTB doesn't update in real time when they make changes to the card. For example if the user resolves an INC on the VTB and the lane isn't set to show resolved cards then it should instantly be removed but it isn't for them until they do a manual page refresh. For me it does it instantly so I don't know how to help them fix this issue.

We've tried logging into various PCs, browsers, etc and it just doesn't seem to matter for them, Is there a setting I am missing that they have turned off per user?

Even our users are seeing the same issue since Xanadu upgrade. Please update if any one finds a solution.

Hey @Steve Munsell,

For your VTB, are you referencing the Incident Table directly or the parent Task Table?
