What does GCF mean in the context of the GCFSampleStore

To fix a problem with the ServiceNow debugger, ServiceNow support had me add the system property glide.ua.gcf.sample_priority.enabled = true

The property fixed the debugger issue. Yay! But what does GCF mean?
