Hello,
A spoke is a scoped application containing Flow Designer content dedicated to a particular application or record type. For example, the ITSM Spoke contains actions for managing Task records such as the Create Task action. Spokes are activated when their parent application is activated.
So if you install a spoke you will get pre installed flow designer where you the flow will be defined for achieving a particular integration or functionality.
So you can learn more about it from below:-

so it means, by activating spoke of a particular application, developer don't have to manually define flow for that application, as activated spoke will automatically trigger flow for that scoped app/ a default Flow design will be activated ?
or it can be said that spoke is a default flow for scoped app?
Did I get it right?

Hello,
No now every spoke can have different properties.
There are spokes available which already have the flow defined but then there are also spokes available which have the actions and sub flows created using which you can define the complete flow.
