Done with Outbound its working but Inbound not configurable - How to enable Iam I missing something?

"Note: Please make sure you have configured the Inbound Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards Connection before you use triggers. These are only available on Xanadu and in the onward releases.:

Hi , thanks for the response. But I am not able to configure the connection for Inbound 

The same works fine with Outbound!

Not able to complete the prerequisites to start with Triggers. The scope and permissions are checked based on the documentation

Configure the end point.. it is showing as non-configured.
