What is the difference between service and service offering in creating Change

While creating new change, there are two fields service and service offering. What is the use of that two field in Change management ? 

What is the difference between those two fields ?

Can anyone help me please ?

For example,

You are a credit card making company for you 

Business Service --> Credit Card

Service Offering --> Platinum Card

                              Gold Card

                              Diamond Card
