Need help creating a Sub-Offering vs Time Worked (<4 hrs / >4 hrs) report

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some help creating a ServiceNow report similar to the attached Excel chart.

I want to group the report by Sub-Offering and then show the Time Worked in two different ranges:

• Less than 4 hours → Green
• Greater than 4 hours → Red

I’ve already created these two report ranges, and the colors work as expected when I group the report only by Time Worked.

The problem occurs when I use Sub-Offering as the Group By and Time Worked as the Additional Group By. I’m no longer able to display the <4-hour and >4-hour groups in green and red for each Sub-Offering.

The expected result is similar to my attached Excel report:

X-axis: Sub-Offering
Y-axis: Time Worked / record count
Green: <4 hours
Red: >4 hours

Has anyone created a similar report in ServiceNow? What would be the best way to configure this?
