Not a tool question, but really a hosting question. Where can I find the standard Service Now SLA for hosting the SN platform?

Standard Service Now SLA for hosting the SN platform: I don't think we have any "standard" SLA for all customers.
I would recommend liaising with your account manager for more information around Service Level Agreement for your account.

Yep - started with my account manager earlier today. He was going to send me a copy and thought it might be posted in HI also.

Hi Dan,
Basically, the table Service Contract [ast_service] extends the asset table Contract [ast_contract]. It stores information about service contracts for asset management purposes. But the best way is to aproach your account manager.
