Was this helpful widget in Service Portal?

In the backend when watching a knowledge article you have the possibility to activate "Was this helpful" on an article by setting property glide.knowman.show_yn_rating to true.

When you look at the Knowledge article in ServicePortal, this option doesn't show up.

Anyone know if this is by design or simply something that has been forgotten to implement?

I've been looking for a widget like that but can't find it.

Yes you are right, Its not there in Istanbul. There is a new Widget in Jakarta 'KB Article Helpful'. I believe you could simply import the xml of the widget from you personal dev instance and then add the same widget to page 'kb_article'.

It's there below the knowledge article. Article could be marked helpful

Hmm, it's not there for us, will have to look for it if it's missing in some way.


We're using Istanbul release, will check with a developer instance if there is any difference.

Thanks for the info, will have a look at how we should handle this. We're planning to upgrade in the near future so will most likely wait until then.
