Will User Criteria be rolled out to other applications on the Now Platform?

I'd like to know if the features of User Criteria will be rolled out to other applications on the Now Platform?

 

Currently User Criteria is available in Knowledge, Service Catalog, WSD and Change as far as I know but it would be useful across the board IMO. 

 

Any info would be appreciated.

It's also available for use in configurable workspaces like SOW when defining your audiences.
