Hello there SN Community,
My company has recently decided to decrease the Expected Time/Delivery Time for our SC and I am having some trouble updating the Expected Time for the SC item in the workflow properties editor.
The workflow is a published workflow. When I click on the little i next to the title, it shows me the workflow properties, but all the fields are greyed out and not-editable except for "stage order" which is currently set to computed instead of user specified. How can I change the expected time from 5 days to 3 days in this area/How can I make these fields editable?
Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
DR

You need to check out the Workflow to make the changes and then Publish it again.

wow, thanks so much Ben for answering so quickly.
When I was researching how to check out the workflow it said to go to the gear icon and select check out from the drop down menu, however I don't seem to have that option when I go to the gear icon.
The options I have are : New Workflow, Open Existing, Copy, Expand Transitions, Validate Workflow, Properties, Edit Stages, and Edit Catalog Variables.
is there somewhere else I should be looking for the check out option??

Thanks Ravi.
When I go to the workflow versions I only see 1 version of my workflow and the workflow is showing Published as True, however it has a Checked Out field that is empty, doesn't say true or false.
