workflow properties grayed out

Hello there SN Community,

My company has recently decided to decrease the Expected Time/Delivery Time for our SC and I am having some trouble updating the Expected Time for the SC item in the workflow properties editor.

The workflow is a published workflow. When I click on the little i next to the title, it shows me the workflow properties, but all the fields are greyed out and not-editable except for "stage order" which is currently set to computed instead of user specified. How can I change the expected time from 5 days to 3 days in this area/How can I make these fields editable?

Do you have the workflow_admin role or are you an admin?

Or as Ravi states... someone else might already have it checked out.


I went ahead and added the workflow_admin role anyway, however it didn't seem to change anything in my view.
