Hello Community,
I have noticed a strange behavior with the link of Agent Workspace if you add the link next to the History.
While there is only one workspace available the link cannot be clicked by left mouse click. It doesnt do anything when clicked. But if you use middle mouse button (open in new tab) it opens.
I have already tried several different things for the UX Page Registry setting but I seem to miss out on something crucial.
Most I found on this is this within the community. I also followed those instructions but then the workspace stops working completly (even with direct link).
E.G: When I add the Parent App "Unified Navigation app shell"
Then the agent workspace is broken and cant be opened by nobody anymore. If I leave it empty I have the behavior described first with the only partially working link.
Someone has any idea why it always tried to add a /null behind the link by the way?
Any help on understanding this would be highly appreciated as ServiceNow's Doc on this is not as complete and in depth as other Doc's.
