After Zurich upgrade In request approval button is not working on change request

After Zurich upgrade In  request approval button  is not invoking approvals in service operation workspace on change request form

Hi @ShreeyaSatam,

is it the same behaviour for all the users? And also for all change types?

Have the SOW CHG form been heavily customised? 

If it occurred after an upgrade, raise a case at the Support Portal https://support.servicenow.com/now to get assistance from ServiceNow and hope that it isn't caused by customisation...
