CIS-ITSM Exam

Hello,

I recently sat for my CIS-ITSM exam and got a non-passing percentage:

Topic Level Scoring:
1 - Incident Management: 66%
2 - Problem Management: 66%
3 - Change Management: 53%
4 - Service Portfolio Management: 33%
5 - Request Fulfillment: 40%
6 - Configuration Management Database: 66%

Above was my score. I have done the following pre-requisites:

1. Get started with Now Create

2. Welcome to ServiceNow 

3.  ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals

4. ServiceNow Platform Implementation

5. IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation Simulator (Yokohama release)

6. IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals

In addition:

I. Udemy questions

Can someone guide me on how to sharpen my skills to pass, i have done everything, labs and tests, you name it, but the questions looked foreign.

Please help when you get a chance.

"For any CIS exam, the official eBook or training material is the single source of truth. Instead of relying on platforms like Udemy or spending time on unofficial resources, stick to the official content.

Make it a rule: go through one chapter a day—read it word by word, line by line. Take notes, highlight important points, and make sure to do the hands-on labs.

Don't rush it. With 7 chapters, you'll finish in 7 days. After that, take time to revise thoroughly.
