Creating the ServiceNow dashboard for Instance Version Monitoring Request

I’m looking to build a centralized dashboard that offers a single, real-time view of ServiceNow instances across both Non-Production and Production environments. It should include Environment, Family Release, Release Version, Patches, Hotfixes, Plugins, Change Records, and Upcoming Updates, with drill-down capabilities to support governance and planning. Could you please suggest a solution for achieving this requirement?
