CSA certification

Hi,

 

I am unable to find my CSA certification in the credential verification portal when searching with my registered email ID.
Some please help how to create a case?

You can create now support ticket from ServiceNow university to get it resolve, attached screenshot as your reference.

Did you check following step as per this KB0010302: Viewing or downloading a certificate of completion

 

  1. Log into your ServiceNow University account.
  2. Go to the navigation header and select My Learning. The Learning Dashboard displays.
  3. Navigate to the My Achievements widget and make your selections:
    • From the My credentials section, select the relevant tab from the following options: 
      • Mainline certifications
      • Micro-certifications
      • Accreditations
    • From My badges section, select View all to display all the badges.
      NOTE: Digital badges cannot be downloaded.
