How to retake a course

I failed this course (Introduction to Generative AI) during the knowledge check, so no badge for me, how can i retake it.

Unenroll and enroll again. If the issue still persists, log a learning case under the Help Center.

you will have 3 attempts, you should abe to pass, if you read all content proper, but if any how you missed to pass the quiz.

try to unroll the course and again enroll.

if still issur pls raise a case to support, they will give you chance to try once again.
