CSA preperation E-book

Im preparing for the CSA examination and completed both ON Demand these courses .I also got the E-book for both. Now im confused on which one to refer for the certification Exam ? Could anyone please advise ?

Try to reply more on OnDemand course content over ebook.

• These are official and aligned directly with the CSA exam blueprint
• Include videos, demos, and labs (very important for CSA)
• Reflect the latest platform UI and features

Go through the course content end to end , do not miss anything. Repeat the course till you think your concept is clear.

Just a suggestion, Post completing the course , must practice with mock question with correct answer.  Lots of sites available which you can search over the net like quizlet, exam topics, udemy etc.

If you stuck anywhere, again revisit the course content and clear your confusion.

I hope that you have completed all the labs that are included with the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals & Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• If you did not complete the labs, do it as mandatory.
• Go through the CSA Exam Blueprint - Credentials - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint - Knowledge Portal
• Go through the eBook - at least 2-3 times.
• Understand each concept clearly - you can also refer to YouTube videos.
• Practice mock tests in MeasureUP - NEW: Official Practice Tests Now Available for CIS... - ServiceNow Community
• Also refer to Udemy or Exam Topics for practicing mock tests.

Hello @NeenuP ,

I suggest you first refer e-book , because in e-book most imp points where mentioned regarding csa , just try read that first . That required courses are also important for hands on knowledge for csa . But first refer e-book and if you already completed that courses then you can also start watching Preparation questions video on Youtube .
