Hi Community,
I recently completed the ServiceNow On-Demand course through my company’s partner portal and received a CSA exam voucher. At the same time, I also have my own personal PDI for practice.
My questions are:
Can I use the company-provided CSA voucher to register for the exam while continuing to practice on my personal PDI?
If I register for the exam using my company portal login, what happens in the future if I leave the company? How can I continue to access my CSA certificate and maintain it under my personal profile?
Thanks in advance for your guidance!
Best regards,
-MOULALI

Hi @smshaik22
Yes, it's no problem to register for the exam using your voucher, which will be linked to your company email, while at the same time using a PDI which may be set up using a different (personal) email.
If you change employers, there's a bit of a process to go through to change the address that's associated with your certifications. It's important to go through this process so you don't lose your CSA, but it's not complicated and there are literally dozens of posts in the Training forum here on the Community that explain what you need to do, so no drama!

Hi @smshaik22
1) Not problem, you can practice with your pdi normally
2) if you leave of the company is possible transfer your certificate for other email:
See steps if your need:
- Create a new Servicenow account with the personal email ID.
- Raise a case in now learning from old account to change your webassessor email ID to new email id and link all you certification and achievements to your new email ID.
- Give details of your old email ID and explicitly mention that you have left the company.
