->I have a catalog item with a date/date-time variable and 3 levels of approvals. After approvals, I need to wait until the selected date/time and then create an SC Task.
->If the user changes the date after submission or approvals, the system should use the updated value and create the task based on the latest date/time, not the original one. The wait condition should also update dynamically and adjust to the new date instead of using the initially captured value.
->Currently, Wait for Condition/Wait for Date is not updating when the variable changes. I also don’t want to create a new field on RITM.
Is there a better way to handle this?
