How to set the timer in the flow designer

Is wait for condition activity isn't work for you?

Formally, To set a timer in ServiceNow Flow Designer, use the Wait for Duration or Wait for Condition actions. Select "Wait for Duration" to pause for a specific time (e.g., 2 minutes) or "Wait for Condition" (relative to created date) to trigger actions after a set time passes, such as 60 days.
