Follow-up on ServiceNow Developer Instance Approval Request

Hello Team,

I requested a ServiceNow Developer Instance two days ago, but the request is still pending approval. Could someone please help me understand the typical approval timeline for this request?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know:

• How many days it usually takes for approval.
• Whether there are any additional actions required from my side.
• If there is any delay or issue with my request.

It would be better to release the current instance, take a new instance on the Australia release, and then upgrade it to the Brazil release.

Two/three weeks ago, I released my instance from developer portal  because it was not coming online and requested a new one. Within just 2 minutes, I received a new instance, and it was working perfectly.

After a week, I faced the same issue again. I released the instance and requested a new one, and once again, I received the new instance within 2 minutes.

So, if you are facing to get any new personal developer instance, I would recommend going to the Developer Portal, releasing your current instance, and requesting a new one.

In my experience, the new instance was provisioned within a few minutes.
