To add interactive filters to a ServiceNow Service Portal, create an Interactive Filter record, add the filter widget to a page in the UI Builder, and then configure the filter to "Act as an interactive filter" while ensuring the reports or list widgets you want to filter have "Follow interactive filter" enabled. This process links the filter to the data visualizations on your portal, allowing users to filter the data dynamically.
