How to enable Next Experience in local dev set up?

Hi team, 

We are working on creating a platform application using Fluent. However in our local set up, the now components (NowButton, NowCard, fonts, themes, etc.) do not seem to match the Next Experience theme, instead it is the Core UI. When the app is deployed on the VSF instance (enabled with next experience) the components do reflect next experience themes, however some fonts are stylings are off.

Dev experience would become optimal if Next Exp styles could reflect on local too

Is there any solution or workaround to this?
