Hello ServiceNow Community,
I am currently working on a project where I need to use the prompting functionality in my Virtual Agent Designer flow with Now Assist enabled. Specifically, I am facing issues with grammatical mistakes and output formatting in the bot responses. I would like to instruct the bot to correct these issues via prompts.
Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this? Any examples or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
