I’m unable to use the “Right-click → Configure” option on the form for the sn_customerservice_case table, even though I have the admin role.
My objective is to modify the form layout, but the system does not display the form configuration or design options when I right-click on the form.
When I attempted to add the sn_customerservice_case role to my user profile, the system threw an error stating that customer roles can only be added if the user has the sn_internal role.
Given this restriction, could you please advise on the correct roles or approach required to customize the form layout for the Customer Service Case table?

HI @Sathwik1
Navigate to System UI > UI Macros
Search for "context_form_header" in the 'Name' column and open the record.
See if there are any conditions or restrictions on the record.

I don't think this place needs to be checked.

One of my existing clients has modified this script, which is why I suggested it.

Hi @Sathwik1
Try repairing the Case plugin once and then test again. This is a very common issue, and repairing the plugin often helps.
Also, check if there were any recent changes made to this form.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
