In playbook : For business application how to set the value for 2 fields which reference to another

Here's the issue,

 

Via playbook I need to update the field value. I need to udpate the two field on business application - Life cycle stage and life cycle stage staus, But those were not setting.

It's reference field and those value not comming in search , what i can do and how i can resolve this ?

I believe that is different , it's happening in only in playbook activity when we update activity setting the value then we have reference field value , it's showing any value over there.
