Inquiry About Identifying Chat Source

Hi,

I'd like to ask if there's a way to determine the source of incoming chats. We offer a chatbot feature on multiple platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and our website. Is there a way to generate a report that identifies whether a chat originated from MS Teams or the website?
