Hi All,
We had a requirement that when an internal user was added in External comments using '@' and some text, then internal user should receive latest External comments .
Current working condition : When Internal user and external users were tagged using @, then External user get external comments and internal user is getting last Internal comment available in Activity .
Kindly reply on this if any one is having some idea about this.
