Knowledge Article page appears smaller

I am working on a Service Portal Knowledge Article page and facing a UI consistency issue.
The Knowledge Article content (title and body) appears slightly smaller, which creates more visual gap between the article and the Attachments / Feedback widgets on the right side. On another instance/page, the article appears slightly bigger, and because of that the layout looks more balanced and the widgets appear closer.
Important points:
- I do not want to change the portal theme or page container
- I do not want to use zoom or transform scale
- I only want to slightly increase the overall size of the Knowledge Article content so the page looks more balanced
- This should ideally be done using CSS only
Has anyone handled a similar requirement or can suggest the best CSS approach to subtly increase the KB article page size without impacting layout or other portal pages?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
