Hii 

1. Create Knowledge Management group for workflow configuration with group type as "human_resources", "hr"
2. Create a new group type: myP&C_KB
3. Role to add on below author groups - sn_hr_core.kb_writer 
   Confused regarding help me explain

Here are the steps clearly:

Create a new group: myP&C_KB

Set the type to: human_resources, hr

Then assign the role: sn_hr_core.kb_writer
