need of another extra attachment in the column tab and it shouldnot merge the both attachments

i want the extra attachment in the column tab  and the attachment which are created new one  should  the data should not merge it should be separately individual

If you add two attachment variable in catalog form, 2 different attachment will be uploaded in system and it will pass to RITM.    

BUT , I will suggest - why to use another attachment variable . If the requirement can be adjusted, Use paperclip icon in catalog form to attach other attachment for that requests.
