Not receiving OTP mails to my mail for logging into servicenow university

Hello @Sunil2021 ,

I am not able to receive my OTP emails while I try to login to the ServiceNow University and I asked the support through SSO. It asked my username and password and then it is not resolving my issue and showing "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." what should I do now, how to resolve this issue. Below is the screenshot attached of the error occurring through the support. Please help me in resolving this issue as early as possible. It is very emergency for me to login and write the delta examination of the certifications I have in my account. So please help me and resolve this issue.

@Jim Poisson I have tried the above and have not received OTP email. I cannot open a case with Now Support as I cannot log in. Are there any other options?

@mossalexr DM me the email you're attempting to use and I'll see what I can do to get a case opened on behalf of you
