Create a notification to send the list of incident to create the assignTo, when any priority incident get created and it is in the form of table with fields Number, Short description and Priority this is our task to notification in servicenow so give me stepwise solution to complete this task

You can check the OOTB notification, buddy. It’s easy to go to Condition P=1/2/3/4 and send the email—it’s available OOTB.
