If this is your question in which you want Apple Mac Book in "Standard Laptop" Catalog item's order guide. Then you can create a variable in the catalog item with type multiple choice and add any type according to your requirement as shown in given screenshots:

after saving the record, you'll have to add choices from here:

Now you can see the Mac book option in order guide:
