Hi Community,
The Paste Formatting Options pop-up does not appear when pasting Word content into the ServiceNow email composer. It works when a colleague uses their own account, but not when I impersonate that colleague or the affected user. The issue occurs in both Chrome and Edge.
Could this be related to impersonation, HTML editor settings, or system properties? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
