PDI dev406190 showing Offline and returning 502 Bad Gateway (snow_adc)

Hi everyone,

My Personal Developer Instance dev406190 (Zurich release) is not coming back online and I need help getting it restored.

What I’m seeing

  • On developer.servicenow.com -> Manage my instance, the status shows Offline. Build Agent, ServiceNow Studio and App Engine Studio all show as Installed, and the Upgrade release button is greyed out.
  • Opening https://dev406190.service-now.com/login.do returns 502 Bad Gateway with the text snow_adc.

What I’ve tried

  • Opened the instance URL to trigger a wake-up and waited
  • Clicked Refresh on the Manage instance page several times
  • Hard refresh and incognito window to rule out caching
  • Tried the base URL without /login.do

Details

  • Instance: dev406190
  • Release: Zurich

Has anyone run into this recently? Is this a known issue or maintenance on Zurich PDIs, or does the instance need to be reset from ServiceNow’s side? I’d also like to know whether my data can be preserved, or whether I should request a new instance.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @smartopsd ,

It means that your instance is offline so it may take some time :

In the meantime, try refreshing the page and check again after a while. If it's urgent, you can release the current instance and request a new one, but I wouldn't recommend doing that as the first option.

If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
