Hi, my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) has been on the waiting list for 10 days; I need it for hands-on ServiceNow learning and practice, so could someone please help me get access?

Hi @vamsi214199
If you’re looking for the Brazil release, I’d recommend taking the Australia release first and then upgrading the instance to Brazil. The Brazil Scaled Change documentation is available in the ServiceNow docs.
I did the same approach myself and now have the Brazil release. The upgrade can take around 7–8 hours, so allow enough time for it.
Important: Cancel/release your current waiting-list request first, then proceed with this approach.

Hi @vamsi214199
Have you requested Brazil PDI?
- If yes, and you don’t want to wait, I suggest cancelling the current waitlist request.
- Then, request Australia PDI and upgrade it to Brazil afterward.
If you are okay with the waiting time, you can keep your current Brazil waitlist request active.
Please note that there is currently no support available for PDI.

ahoy @vamsi214199,
nobody can grant you the access while in waitlist.
This usually happens when an ew upgrade is introduced (Brazil was introduced a few weeks ago), it is usually less waiting to request the N-1 version (Australia in this case). For learning purposes the Australia version is perfectly fine, you don't need the latest one for basic learning.
It could be ditching the queue but as you have already waited for 10 days, it might be a pity. Consider this because nobody can guarantee that you are not going to be waiting for Australia as well 😛 the queue might be caused by the new upgrade coming but it can be with limited resources with PDI providing...

Hi @vamsi214199
There is no help or support, so only solution is to wait till you get a PDI.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
